A "Group" consists of World Wide Web ("Web") discussions, forums and messaging functionality enabling groups of people to communicate with one another through the Internet. Content for each Group is stored by Unschoold.com and made searchable and browsable on the Web. <br /><br />

Unless explicitly stated otherwise, the Service may be modified or terminated at any time by Unschoold.com for any reason, and without notice, without liability to you, any other user of the Service or any third party. Any new features that augment or enhance the current Service shall be subject to the Terms of Service. <br /><br />

2. Changes to Terms of Service <br /><br />

The Terms of Service of this service are subject to update by Unschoold.com at any time with or without notice, and you can review the most current version of it online at any time at http://www.unschoold.com/legal .<br /><br />

<em>Group Owner's Rights and Responsibilities</em>. Group Owners have additional capabilities and responsibilities in regard to the members and Content of a Group. The Owner of a Group decides whether a Group is restricted to certain members or accessible to the public generally, and the Owner may change the access to the Group at any time. In restricted Groups, the Owner decides who may be a member of the Group and can access and change the membership list in his or her sole discretion. A Group Owner may, at any time, transfer his or her ownership of a group to another Unschoold.com Groups user. In regard to Content, a Group Owner shall be responsible for the maintenance and monitoring of the Content in the Group, including deleting any Group, Content or archived Content at any time and in his or her discretion. <br /><br />

<em>Sexually Explicit Content</em>. Sexually Explicit content is not allowed at Unschoold.com.  Any sexually explicit content will be removed.  Any members posting sexually explicit content may lose their accounts.<br /><br />

<em>Unschoold.com's Rights</em>. You acknowledge that Unschoold.com does not pre-screen, control, edit or endorse Content made available through the Service and has no obligation to monitor the Content Posted via the Service. If Unschoold.com discovers Content that does not appear to conform to the Terms of Service, Unschoold.com may investigate and determine in good faith and in its sole discretion whether to remove the Content. Unschoold.com will have no liability or responsibility for performance or non-performance of such activities. You acknowledge that certain Groups available through the Service are available only through the Service and others are available both through the Service and other sources, such as Usenet, over which Unschoold.com has absolutely no control. <br /><br />

<em>Content Removal</em>. If you are not the Owner of a Group, you may request removal of a message that you have Posted yourself.  You agree to resolve directly and exclusively with third parties any disputes you may have about messages that they posted or you may contact the Group Owner to request a removal. In this regard, you understand that Unschoold.com does not monitor or control the content of information Posted by others, and instead simply provides a service by allowing users to access information that has been made available. <br /><br />

6. Appropriate Conduct <br /><br />

You agree that you are responsible for your own conduct and communications while using the Service and for any consequences thereof. Revenue sharing is enabled at Unschoold.com.  Terms may be changed at any time.  Fraudulent activity by members may result in the end of the revenue sharing program.<br /><br />

You need an Unschoold.com account create a group or post comments in the Unschoold.com service. Unschoold.com asks for some personal information when you create an Unschoold.com Account, including your email address and a password, which is used to protect your account from unauthorized access. An Unschoold.com Account allows you to access many of our services that require registration. You may search for and read comments in public groups without registering for an account. <br />
The contents of the postings, custom pages and files, including any text, images, photos, videos, and audio, that you submit to Unschoold.com Groups are stored and maintained on Unschoold.com servers in order to publish these items and provide the service. Your submitted content will be associated with your profile, if you have completed one. <br />
If you have an Unschoold.com Account and are a Groups member, you can create a public profile that includes certain personal information, including your name, geographical location, email address and other user information and content. When users view your profile, they will see your profile information as well as links to posts, custom pages, and files that would normally be accessible to them.<br /><br />
Uses <br /><br />
